Job Description
We are looking for a talented PHP / WordPress Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WordPress development, PHP programming, custom theme and plugin development, and website optimization.
You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to build scalable and user-friendly digital solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites and web applications.
- Build custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP.
- Work with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom post types.
- Develop and customize WooCommerce websites.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO.
- Debug and resolve WordPress and PHP-related issues.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in PHP and WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Good understanding of WordPress hooks, actions, and filters.
- Experience with ACF and Custom Post Types.
- Experience with WooCommerce is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Git and version control.
- Experience with Elementor or Divi.
- Understanding of WordPress security and performance optimization.
